  • Hope: Is this a regular feature in your life, or not?
  • Clarity: Do you often feel as though you have mental clarity and mental freedom?
  • Living In The Present: Do you live in the present very often, are you good at practicing "mindfulness" for example? Are your thoughts always elsewhere?
  • Healthy Goals: Are you confident that your goals are healthy, realistic and positive for you, and not just for the benefit of others?
  • Balance: Do you have balance and variety in your life?
  • Sleep Well: Are you getting at least 6+ hours per night on average?
  • Living In Your Thoughts: Are you capable of not constantly being immersed in your own thinking, as opposed to what is just going on in the world around you? 
  • No Fear: Can you practice this? Can you easily take this approach to a wide range of things and circumstances in life when reasonable to do so?
