- Living In The Present: Do you live in the present very often, are you good at practicing "mindfulness" for example? Are your thoughts always elsewhere?
- Healthy Goals: Are you confident that your goals are healthy, realistic and positive for you, and not just for the benefit of others?
- Balance: Do you have balance and variety in your life?
- Sleep Well: Are you getting at least 6+ hours per night on average?
- Living In Your Thoughts: Are you capable of not constantly being immersed in your own thinking, as opposed to what is just going on in the world around you?
- No Fear: Can you practice this? Can you easily take this approach to a wide range of things and circumstances in life when reasonable to do so?
